Copyrights and the intellectual property are very strange things.
They have been invented by good intentions to protect the motivation and the willingness of creative people to do their creative work, not to protect this work itself. Meanwhile they are shaped more for big publishers and commercial copyright owners than for small creative people and limit their creativity, because when you publish something, fist you have to clear that you don’t violate the rights of anyone. This can be very expensive. And if you cannot effort a legal adviser or a lawyer you do it blind at your own risk or you let it at all. Its a confusing stuff and I wish it would be clearer.
But we have these laws and I respect the copyrights of other people and I ask you to respect mine. 🙂
All of the pictures I publish here are my own work except for a very few made by ma friends (in this cases I tag it with an appropriate note).
So if you like some of my pictures here and would like to use them in any way, please send me a e-mail or any kind or message and we surely find a solution :).
All persons who are shown in my individual photo sessions in this blog allowed this publishing. We have either an appropriate contract in writing or they belong to my immediate friends and acquaintances.
All of them are over 18 years old.
If you find yourself on my impersonal pictures (landscapes, cities, events, crowds etc.) and you can be identified and feel uncomfortable with that, please contact me! I will offer a blurred / cropped version or take the picture down.
